Tim's promotion

In December Tim was finally promoted to E6-Staff Seargent. Wahooo! Congrats Tim! He worked very hard to get this promotion and it is well deserved!

Staff Seargent MannTim asked me to "pin" (The new uniforms are all velcro) on his rank.

Maj. Heinman-one of Tim's bosses, she thinks he's pretty great. (I think he was distracted by the kids hence the askewed look )

Funny story-this Sgt. Major of the hospital just randomly popped in to the promotion ceremony (Tim has never talked to the fellow) and did this "old tradition" of wetting his rank. Tim and his buddies were a bit perplexed.
